Copper lion production process
1.由客户方确定或提供雕塑参考图案 →泥塑工艺师根据客户要求塑制泥塑模型→泥塑完成由客户确认→确认泥稿后翻制模具。
1. The reference pattern of sculpture is determined or provided by the client → the clay model is molded by the clay sculptor according to the customer's requirements → the clay sculpture is completed and confirmed by the customer → the mold is turned over after the clay draft is confirmed.
2.小型铜狮子制作需采用精铸工艺→翻制（石蜡）模型→用石英砂等精铸材料制作雕塑型壳→烤制型壳脱蜡→烧制型壳→浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳完成铜品制作→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→铜狮子制作完成→客户验收完成→发货。
2. The production of small copper lion needs to adopt investment casting process → turning (paraffin wax) model → making sculpture shell with quartz sand and other investment casting materials → baking mold shell and dewaxing mold shell → firing mold shell → casting copper water → smashing mold shell after cooling copper water → coloring, anti-corrosion and other treatment for copper product surface → copper lion production completed → customer acceptance completed → delivery.
3.大型铜狮子制作需采用树脂砂铸造→翻制盖土网 防寒布 麻绳 油麻绳 麻刀 沥青麻绳 静压造型线 自动浇注机 铸铁拍门 钢制拍门 玻璃钢拍门玻璃钢模型→根据工艺要求采用整体或分块铸造→用树脂制作型壳→制完树脂型壳后浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳铜雕铸造完成（如是分块铸造需焊接拼装成型）→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→铜狮子制作完成→客户验收完成→发货。
3. Large scale copper lion is made by resin sand casting → turning glass fiber reinforced plastic model → casting as a whole or in blocks according to the process requirements → casting mold shell with resin → casting copper water after making resin shell → breaking mold shell after cooling copper water (if casting in block, welding and assembling molding is required) → coloring, anti-corrosion and other treatment on the surface of copper products → making copper lion Completion → customer acceptance completion →
