| 铜狮制作工艺流程 Copper lion production process 1.由客户方确定或提供雕塑参考图案 →泥塑工艺师根据客户要求塑制泥塑模型→泥塑完成由客户确认→确认泥稿后翻制模具。 1. The client shall determine or provide the sculpture reference pattern → the clay sculpture technologist shall make the clay sculpture model according to the client's requirements → the clay sculpture is completed and confirmed by the client → the clay manuscript is confirmed and then the mold is turned over. 2.小型铜狮子制作需采用精铸工艺→翻制（石蜡）模型→用石英砂等精铸材料制作雕塑型壳→烤制型壳脱蜡→烧制型壳→浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳完成铜品制作→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→铜狮子制作完成→客户验收完成→发货。 2. The production of small copper lion needs to adopt the precision casting process → turn over (Paraffin) model → use quartz sand and other precision casting materials to make sculpture shell → bake the shell and dewaxing → burn the shell → cast copper water → break the shell and complete the production of copper products after the copper water is cooled → color, anti-corrosion and other treatment for the surface of copper products → the production of copper lion is completed → the customer acceptance is completed → delivery. 3.大型铜狮子制作需采用树脂砂铸造→翻制玻璃钢模型→根据工艺要求采用整体或分块铸造→用树脂制作型壳→制完树脂型壳后浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳铜雕铸造完成（如是分块铸造需焊接拼装成型）→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→铜狮子制作完成→客户验收完成→发货。 3. The large copper lion needs to be cast with resin sand → turn over the FRP model → cast as a whole or in blocks according to the process requirements → make the shell with resin → cast copper water after making the resin shell → break the shell after the copper water is cooled and the copper carving casting is completed (if the block casting needs to be welded and assembled) → dye, anticorrosion and other treatment on the surface of the copper products → make the copper lion Completion → customer acceptance completion → delivery. |
